Relational counseling for growth and healing I work with couples, individuals and families who are ready for change. Together we'll explore unhealthy patterns and habits that are getting in the way of the peace and harmony you're looking for. Everyone experiences stress, relationship struggles, loss, hurt, and pain. Oftentimes we struggle with navigating these challenges alone and feel overwhelmed in our effort to do so. Firestone Counseling & Wellness was opened to provide a place for people in Montgomery and the surrounding areas to receive support and make positive changes in their lives. Our office is conveniently located in central Montgomery. Some of the issues that Firestone Counseling and Wellness can help with are anxiety, behavioral issues, communication, depression, grief/loss, infidelity, family conflict, family of origin wounds, life transitions, marriage/relationship issues, parenting struggles, personal growth, self-esteem, sleep/insomnia, stress, and trauma/PTSD.
